50's NBs are special kits and you may only own one
If you already own one of the previous 50's nursery simas you may not enter
This kit is an orphan and does not have any biological parents
This contest will be an unlimited impress me contest and as such you are free to include anything into your form.
However character development will be prioritised over anything else.
So there is no need to work on prettying up your form or create/commission overly detailed stories and or art pieces unless you really want to.
A very simple story/art piece that depicts a character trait will be judged more highly than a more detailed one that does not.
