she starts with three red hearts and one half soul heart. she starts with lower speed, attack and 0 luck, but better that average range, tears and shot speed.
she starts with a brand new familiar named Comfort Dino. she moves slower than other familiars and shoots a tear every second but her tears will charm, petrify, or poison. Confort Dino is unlocked for every other character after defeating mega satan, and instead of a tear delay her tears will only have a 20% chance to either charm, poison, or petrify.
she starts with a wooden cross trinket after defeating isaac. the wooden cross allows her to have the holy mantle effect once per floor, protecting her from the first hit of damage of the floor.
she has an added 5% chance to find familiar items, including bff. each familiar has a 15% damage debuff but always triggers their special effect.
gains permanent stat ups whenever taking angel deals and gains permanent stat downs when taking devil deals (both angel and devil deals are now free)
