[Plaga]

A Plate Dragon is a subspecies of dragon! They have "Plates" on the side of their cheeks and on their butts! They also have scales around their bodies such as on their faces, legs, and tail! Another unique feature are the "spikes" on the end of their tails and horns that can range in many different shapes and sizes that are used for protection and battle. They usuallylive in jungles or forests but can be found anywhere. They are extremely venomous, and can projectile their venom when in danger! They use this tactic when feeling threatened or scared so as long as you have good intentions they wont hurt you! They are feisty but you'll be lucky to have one as your friend if it gives you its trust!

It’s an offsite art litter of 3 PDs, the fox, the chipmunk and the wolf! The winners of the adopts are allowed to request a cleaner ref sheet without a background.



In this litter, the Fox and the chipmunk are UFA! The wolf will be a prompt comp ending on 31th of August.

Prompt Ivory stared out at the meadow before him. It was empty, but brightly lit by the sun's gentle afternoon rays. He watched a leaf fall to the ground from where he was lying beneath the trees, along the edges of the open area. It was not like he was in any rush to be anywhere, so it felt likely he had all the time in the world. The plate dragon did not even notice when he had closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep.

"Hey! Over here!" a familiar voice called to him. Huh? When did I get back home? he thought to himself. His best friend, wagging his tail, awaited his arrival to the den. Though he couldn't make out Eve's face from the distance he was following at, he was sure that she was up ahead. After all, how could he not recognize the voice of his childhood best friend? Ivory stopped to look around the familiar territory. Where was Eve? Ivory took a few more steps, hesitantly. The familiar hilly landscape was covered with flourishing pink flowers and viridescent vegetation. In the moonlight, he could not make out much, but he was not scared. This was home, because it was where his pack was. Suddenly, a chorus of voices yelled out, "Surprise!" More plate dragons appeared around him. His mother. father, Eve, and his other best friend. He hadn't seen them for a few months now. Truly, getting to see them was the best surprise. He grinned, "Hey everyone!!" They had a nice group hug, then went down the hill to the nearby beach. His other best friend, Ten, broke the hug and said, "Hey, so we've been worried about you recently. You said you wanted to pursue your dream of traveling across the world. No PD has ever done that before. I know there's nothing we can do to stop you, because you've made up your mind already. But, don't you love us? Don't you care about us? Is your dream more important to you than your family and friends? I can't believe that you would betray us like this. It's like you don't care anymore. You don't LOVE us enough to stay." Ivory frowned, pulling away from everyone to look at their faces. The ones he loved most were staring back with a look of disappointment, disgust, and anger..? Ivory felt a stab in his chest. "No! I love you all, but can't you see that I'll die inside if I stay here? There's no hope, no excitement, no adventure here. It's like... time has stopped in this place. Please." Ivory reached a paw out to touch his mother's sad face, her eyes glittering with tears. Then, she shattered into a thousand rain drops. So did every other plate dragon, except himself. "Then go. But never come back..."

Ivory gasped, waking with a start. The afternoon sunlight was starting to wane in the meadow. A singular tear fell from his eye. He wiped it, sighed, and closed his eyes again. The dream had felt so real, a testament to his longing to return home. He had lost everything in pursuit of his passion. Would the journey ahead of him, his future, be worth sacrificing his past for?
