[Foxglove Jam]

Hello hello c:

It's been a while since I first started making this drawing and figured I might as well post it, seeing as I had sort of given up with my original plan of having loads of kakapo heads mush together into a monster haha.

I actually finished this drawing in March - can you believe that I've already forgotten which brushes and techniques I used for this drawing? Thanks ADHD. Anyway, if I happen to ever post another drawing again and I have a new art style then that should explain why! Haha

Haha omg I hope looking kakapos up sends you down the same rabbit hole it did me; they're such silly birds and bring me so much joy (although... they are critically endangered, which isn't funny at all ) - anyway, thank you for commenting! ^^

Haha, you're very observant!

To make a long story short, I used to have drawings in the Oekaki from 2010-ish when the feature was newly introduced, but after having forgotten my account a handful of times over the years and newly returning this year, I had asked the moderators to destroy remove my old drawings and posts because I was worried people would think I had somehow hacked into this account with new art skills and a new personalityfor a fresh start, haha ^^

I still have my old drawings from here saved on my laptop but... they're not much to look at. They're still cute in their own way, I suppose!

D'aw, thank you so much!! ^^ Honestly I'm really surprised with how well it turned out myself so it's hard to believe that I was the one who drew it. Kakapos are so cute and fluffy haha, one of my favourite gifs is a kakapo doing a smol dance! >u<

@Rummie ooook c: that's a lot more reasonable than one day being like "you know what let's try this. It's time." Lol. And it happens more than you think: a huge jump in art quality. I hope for that in my own gallery someday xD but I understand wanting the clean slate! Thanks for explainin, gave me a chuckle.
