idk who this is, i just had these two lines stuck in my heads for ages with a vauge idea of an image like this and i wanted to get it on paper, so to speak. also just an excuse to draw personal art on oekaki more, bcus its nice sometimes!

i may figure out something for this guy tho, i may not have any real plans for him right now but i kinda like him!
