beyond honored to have color in privileges. oh yeah baby!
his name is cookie and he was in purgatory for stealing baked goods, but a huge thunderstorm broke him out and he fled into the oekaki realm for refuge. now he compels people to draw cookies and cakes for him to devour (very rich lore)
