- original body was destroyed, and their soul split into two entirely new forms, independent in thoughts and actions but reflections of the same soul that had once been
- memories are shared in dreams: while one walks, the other sees that life in orderless fragments in their dreams

- feels all things with intense emotion and struggles to regulate
- carries out some temple duties still, usually immediately in the morning
- wishes they could meet their other half, feels a strong connection and suspects Ven's guidance could be a great help
- treasures the notes he leaves, collects them in a bound book
- on rare occasions, leaves notes in return attempting to encourage him to see the world with his own eyes, not just theirs
