Accidentally made himself immortal when a fairy overheard his wish - that the love between he and his lover would last forever. Unfortunately, the trick only worked on him - though his lover died centuries ago, he lives on just as in love as the day the wish was made.
- fashion disaster, couldn’t ever keep up with the times
- usually keeps a low profile working as a farmhand (and has seen most of the modern tech from its earliest stages to now, so he has a pretty good understanding of how it all works)
- keeps to himself, visits his lover’s grave often to catch up and keep the site nice and tidy
- sometimes wishes he’d never made the wish, but more often wishes his lover could’ve been the one to live forever
- remarkably immature for his age (lol)
- strangers have a difficult time discerning his (relative) age, he looks simultaneously 20 and 50
- never bothered to change his name, just moved around when it starts to get too weird to stay
