Recently got a new character and wanted to try drawing her ;o;

Unfortunately, my computer will no longer open paint tool sai (the biggest sad.) So I am without an art program right now :<
Oekaki my old (and irritating) friend. Thanks for being a backup option even though I hate all your brushes with a passion.
