feel free to change whatever you want about him if u claim him! character design is def not one of my strongest skills, and a lot of the design stuff you listed is almost opposite of what i like so!! hope he matches ur tastes at least somewhat! i trieddddddd to do cyberpunk...
in return i uh. i dont rly use ocs so, if youd like instead to just draw a pic of one of my comic characters instead that'd work just fine.
if youd rather design a character tho i will take it! i only draw human/oids, i like medieval designs, and id probs like a character design that doesnt look like the type of smiling men i draw all the time, like the ones all over my gallery lololol. not suuuper into fantasy races but if i had to pick i like orcs, but with body types or personalities that defy the stereotypical orc. i love wizards too like a classic wizard in a pointy hat with an orb. not picky about color scheme, i like a limited amount of colors, but earthy oranges and greens is my fave color combo, same w purple/orange/yellow/pink.
