How extensive is your understanding of horse genetics? I used to understand it really well but it's been a few years since i've needed to use that knowledge. I have the basics down, and I rely on genetic calculators and the gene list.
How many adopts/imports do you think you can put out monthly?: At the bare minimum, 2. The average would be around 2 a week.

Have you done admin or planning work for a species before? If yes, what were your duties?: Off and on, I archived for a species a whiiiiiile back but I wouldn't even be able to tell you which species it was.
Are you able to help out with running competitions and other admin work?: Yeh, if need be! I feel like my primary focus would be releasing breeding slots to take the load off of artists who consistently put out adopts.
