I second what kiwii said! I use palletes from coolors.co and slightly change and alter them! Coolors is a really great website for palletes and is super helpful <3

i usually do use color palettes (or try to, i dont like the colors i choose personally-) but i really like the website suggestion? it'll definitely be very helpful ^^
