Centuries ago, there raged unceasing conflict between humans and dragons. Yet a beacon of hope promised a future where peace would reign once again. Said beacon was the friendship between Titan Dragon Hotei and his human rider, which surpassed the boundaries of two species at war. Together, hero and dragon fought for a better future.
Their fight for peace came to an untimely end. The human, Justine, was assassinated by their own kind. All hope for a truce faded with the light from the fallen hero's eyes.
