if you need help making glowing effects, here:
Just make a layer above with the "add" setting, and make the brush big and "round soft"
then pick a light color and draw where you want the glow :D

Thanks for the tip! I moreso mean on this program, i've tried a bunch of techniques but they never look how I want them to. I'm so much better at it in Firealpaca honestly!
