Pronounced Bi-tu (plural is Bitus) this species is a very interesting animal indeed.
They belong to the their own family of animals called the Corcodillus Singula Capra, which only has subspecies of their kind. Much like a goat the Bitu possesses front two toed hooves, these hooves are well used for climbing, aswell as the facial structure (tongue, nose, and jaws) like a goat. Their back legs consist of those of the Komodo Dragon. These hind legs amazingly produce the strength to help them stand upright, when they are scaring off predators, or other reasons. Their fur is usually very thin and shiny, it almost looks like scales but it is fur. The Bitu usually reside in mountains or forests, and eat small animals and rocks. They are warm blooded yet have a lizard like tail, and are similar too the Monotreme family.
Much like the Monotreme family they lay eggs, and feed their young milk once they are born. Young Bitus are the size of a baby Pygmy goat, so their eggs are very large. The eggs come in different shapes and sizes, the shells are very hard so the babies don’t get injured. Baby Bitus are called kids, they then grow to be about the size of a full grown mule.
Unlike other animals Bitu’s have a special trait, they all possess a piece of peacock coal in their tails, which powers the heavy smoke that steams out of their jaws and nose whenever they open them. Their peacock coal exists in many variations and sizes, and colors! Whatever color the coal is the Bitu will possess the same colored smoke as it. This feature is used to attract mates and identify each Bitu. These animals communicate through odd chirps.
Bitus after being observed for many years have finally become prone to domestication. But be careful, they are very intelligent animals!
Although many Bitu are adopted and cared for, there are feral Bitu in the wild...very scary and frightening Bitu.
