I feel my heart hammering away in my chest as I look at the card I've made. My head swerves over to the platter of cupcakes for my friends, and him. I take a deep breath, and shakily ring his doorbell. He enters, and I stare at him, tongue tied
"H-hi" I finally manage to say
"Oh, hey! Come in" He answers, friendly as ever. I come in, and give him the card and the best cupcake on the platter
"H-here, I ... made these for you" I say. My stomach is doing flips as he looks at them "Will you be my valentine?!" I blurt out, blushing enough to make my face bright pink.
"Of course! Thank you so much" He wraps his arms around me, and all I can do is stare in utter amazement.
"Thank you"
