Welcome to another new year for Simas, our 2018 Valentines Day event!
This year, like the last, won't entirely be around couples, but orphans and some adult new faces!
Your single- or dating!- Simas will have a chance to adopt some orphans who are in need of a loving home.
Perhaps you can get a Sima who needs a bit of love and doesn't have other friends or loved ones to be with.
You also have the chance to get orphans even as a non owner!
You may even get some new items to take home to help with your love life!
Orphans will be created with simple competitions to adopt, and there will be slots opened to get a
semi-custom orphan for one of your Sima(s), or an adoptive couple other users let you use!
We're adding a new aspect this year as well- Simas who have already completed their soulmate perk breeding
(equaling 7 breedings altogether) will have a chance to breed once more for the duration of this event. Breeding
cool downs will not apply to these couples only so nobody misses out.

- Be respectful of the staff members and users around you!
- Do not post tickets unless an artist opens slots!
- Use items as advised-- unacceptable use may result in a warning.
- If an artist opens a slot and you catch it, you won't be able to post a ticket the next time somebody opens a slot.
However, whoever opens a slot after that one you may catch the slot. So it's a cool down that makes you miss 1 slot
opening after you catch one from somebody.
- the community, for now, is limited to 2 semi-custom orphans per person to give everybody a chance to
obtain one. the limit will raise as slots are no longer caught as quickly/at all.
- if there is suspected bias, report it to Glispa, ravemn or me and tell us what's going on and we will look into it.
we will be watching for it as well.
- staff are not to give out any MYOs through games this year.
- the event-exclusive jewel, the Arrow Jewel, will be on some Simas and considered rare. staff can make up to three
Simas with the arrow jewel and must make 3-4 Simas with different jewels between one another. the colors can range
from red, pink to purple and must be in those shades and no other color.

Will be done in a raffle-like fashion, running for several hours and closing at a certain time.
Participating users have a chance to win our Sima currency, Simacoins, or even items! Careful, you might walk
out with nothing, too.
There is also a side-game that will be hosted on the main thread along with slots opening. An artist will hide hearts in
their posts and they will have a term to provide to help thin your searching a little bit, and when you find the heart in
one of their old post, you will post a form stating you found it. This is first come first serve. If you catch it on time,
you can earn common-uncommon upon roll items, a premade Sima, or Sima coins. This game may not be as active as the
raffle.
Join-Me Games;;
In a Bingo-like way, staff will occasionally post a join me link to a board game played on oekaki!
When it's a user's turn, they pick a tile associated with the number and letter it's under (ex; A1, C3)
and have a chance to win something! Be forewarned, there may or may not be empty tiles.
