Tharasi (who I may or may not rename, she's/he's (haven't decided much about this horse) a recent pound adoption) is part of a mythic race of equines who guard the depths of the oceans, and the surfaces of the seas. They can run on water, and they all have magic charms which allow them to cast (minor) ocean/sea/water related spells. Tharasi's charm is a shark tooth.
