He harvests the souls of the dead to guide them to the afterlife. His assistants Mary and Tabetha were brutally murdered and he could sense they weren't supposed to die. They help him in the toughest of decisions.
This was actually one that I had done for the Fairy Ring dress up and the story is pretty similar but I just LOVE this dress up. I noticed this only had six items so I figured why not?
