}Midnight's gift to a broken heart,
Birthed from sea and salt and spray,
Moonlight calling, calling, calling,
Called from none to sea to stay.

Oh beauty light! Oh soul's delight!
A blanket round her self she wore.
And moonlight's calling, calling, calling,
Calling her from sea to shore.

A blue necklace adorned her neck,
The light reflected in its gem,
Moonlight's calling, calling, calling,
Calling her from shore to them.

The sea dressed her in its finest wear,
Shells and kelp flowed down her back,
The moon's still calling, calling, calling,
Calling her to 'nother track.

Moonlight's gift to a broken heart,
Came one moon to my back door.
And moonlight's calling, calling, calling,
Moonlight's calling her no more.{
