Species Information:

Toa Hoas are a closed species and may not be made without my permission. There may be a time where I set up an artist search, and you may not use that as a way to make your own character. They are rare and can only be bonded with one person, so no transfers are allowed. They are rare and can only be adopted from this adopt center. The Toa Hoas here are rescued and animal scientists are working hard to find a way to save this species. This shelter is the last and only certified place to adopt them.

"Toa" meaning "warrior", and "Hoa" meaning "companion" both come from the Maori language and describes these wonderful creatures so well. These cats make good compainions and are extremely loyal. They aren't meant to be used for battle, like in the older days. That decreased their popular so badly, it is rare to find one of these creatures.

These cats tend to be about 16 - 20 inches tall, and about 28 - 35 inches long. Depending on their rarity level, these cats can be much larger, smaller, etc.

Toa Hoa cats live in different parts of the world depending on their fur length, as well as size. Dessert Toa Hoas have short fur and tend to be smaller than the aderage Toa Hoa. This helps them keep some heat off of them as well as not get spotted from some of it's predators. Yet, some that live in colder regions are larger and have longer fur so that they can have even more stored heat.

Toa Hoas eat small mammals as well as some fruits and plants. They are warriors and if two meet and don't like each other they will fight. They use their tail for self defense and hunting, it is quite sharp at the end and is reccemended to not touch. It can slice through almost anything and they use their tail much like iguanas, as a balancing tool and whip.

Rariy Edits:

Common - Adverage size, basic tail, extra fluff on hind legs and fore arms, natural colors.

Uncommon - Weight edits, fur length edits, split tounge, and very rarely stubbed horns.

Rare - Horns, unnatural colors, rare patterns, and tail edits.

Legendary - Wings, extra limbs or body part mutations (example: extra eyes), long horns, and other spikes along neck, back, or tail.
