Construction Zone Chupacabra

It is said that this mythical creature haunts construction zones, living underneath port-o-potties by day and moving warning signs into place by night. Despite their striking appearance, they pose no threat to humans, as their preferred diet is sawdust and spare bits of discarded metal. They are currently banding together under a petition to be recognized as official members of construction zone cleanup crew, but until such time as their demanda are met, they vow to remain notoriously elusive.
