The reason his name is Minty, is because "MintSoda" is what I planned to name my YouTube Channel if I ever got one. I had already come up with Minty's design but he still needed a name, so I decided to call him Minty and make him my channel mascot, and the reason he loves soda so much is because it's in the channel name. I'm not really a big fan of dressing up in an animal suit and going to conventions, I just like to draw animals standing on two legs.
