eun--The center of attention, peace hub, and the "face" of the U
nited Kingdoms of Organia. It is known for well laden Constitution
al Monarchy which, since it's forming, has kept things fair, equal, a
nd overall peaceful. It's laws and constitution have never been ch
anged due to a unanimous approval of it and it probably the most
free and fair of all other kingdoms or countries of Organia. There
has never been much conflict before besides when it sided with C
anidia (it's closest ally) back in it's early years when Felidopia atte
mpted it's own "domination" of it's prior biggest enemy. Another ti
me was when a group of masked wearing people came from R.I.C.
and caused a mass "conflict" in Shung Hi and Jhiki (capital and a G
reat City), killing many furs as a testament to some odd belief of
another god (not Cerridwen).

ｆｅｌｉｄｏｐｉａ
A Queendom dedicated to the ever dominating races of felines. It is th
e oldest founded civilization and country of all of Organia. Though hom
e to felines primarily, often times hooven furs will move here, particul
arly to their capital city, Cat's Paw, or to the big city (one of the Seven
Great Cities) Whiska. Very hostile to most nations due to a corrupt Que
en and party members and holds a grudge that is on the brink of war w
ith Canidia.

ａｍｐｈｉｂｉｓｔａｎ:
Amphibians, reptiles, or other scaly creatures lie within this Dictator c
ountry. Despite having one sole ruler, it is hardly corrupt and is actuall
y quite peaceful and fair. However the country as a whole is pretty qu
iet, communication wise, and is in bad standings with the Isles due to
past Dictators.

ｒｉｃ:
Republic of Independent Creatures. A democratic nation dedicated to
equality and freedom of will. Similar to Furtopia but smaller and has
more...oppressive standings with its citizens than what is seen on the
surface. Stricken with poverty and it's only valuable resource are the
diamond mines on the outskirts of Shouk, their capital city.

ｒｏｄｅｎｔｉａｎ ｉｓｌｅｓ:
A Socialist nation housing only the smaller creatures and rodents and r
arely anything more. They're a fair place with nice rights to the people
however suffer from low amounts to resources. Their biggest ally, Swim
onia, keeps them afloat in their times of need. There is talks of the two
countries merging due to this, but no outward propositions have been
made by either places.

ｓｗｉｍｏｎｉａ:
This place is full of fish-like or other (in human world terms) sea dwell
ing creatures. This includes sea-dwelling mammals, seals, or even hipp
os (and others alike). Swimonia is a democratic country with gold mines
and a mass oil industry and is considered the second wealthiest nation
next to Furtopia itself.

ａｖｉａｒｉａ:
Have wings, feathers, or can you fly, maybe you're an insect or some fl
ying hybrid? Well here is where the mass population of this majority go
es (besides Furtopia). This is a place where Absolute monarchy is in pla
ce with two fine avians, and their children, are in place to rule. It is a
very generous country and has many allies. It's only enemy is Felidopia
and as of now there is talk of war between the two hierarchical govern
ments. The Felidopian Queen is currently threatening a war document
over accusations the monarchs of Aviaria have produced.

ｃａｎｉｄｉａ:
A Parliamentary democratic nation in which consists of EXCLUSIVELY of
canids (dogs, wolves, and sometimes foxes, etc.) and hybrids of such.
It holds no bias towards other countries and is pretty reclusive asides
it's tied with Furtopia and it's underlying grudge towards Felidia. It's "f
airness" standings are in a similar category to Furtopia's however the c
ountry prefers to kept to itself and leave other countries to it's own do
ing. Only trades with Furtopia. The people here are chill and there is
one know weakness/ritual that most canids here do and that is to stop
when the prime minister calls for a "Howl" and to join along.

ｅｘｉｌｅ:
The Prison state shared by ALL lands. It is a high security compound wh
ere only the worst of the worst go. Also named the "Land of the Damne
d" and rightfully so. There has been recent controversy on how prisoner
s are being treated however at current time these allegations are foggy
at best.

ｌａｎｄ ｏｆ ｔｈｅ ｈｏｌｙ:
Where Cerridwen and the other gods that don't live (physically) on ear
th go in essence or projection to speak to or communicate with the re
ligious leaders or other people that seek out counsel with. Only Monks,
Priests, and Shamen appointed by Cerridwen herself live here.

ｅｓｃａｐｉｓｔ ｉｓｌａｎｄ:
An uninhabited and uninhabitable land where it is all blizzards all the t
ime. Considered unclaimed land however no one has taken a move to c
laim it due to it's barren state.

- STAFF DUTIES -
- FOUNDER -
Maker of the adopt and overall overseer of everything.
Makes adopts, moderates, makes events, distributes strikes and bans and so on.
What they say goes.

- Co-Owner -
An admin of sorts. They enforce rules, deal with happenings when the Founder isn't around.
They would take over the adopt sould the founder step down.
They do not yet own the species' rights.
Moderates, makes adopts, organizes w/e, and distributes strikes and bans as needed.
What they say, after approved by me, goes.

- Lead Mod -
The head moderator, right under the co-owner, is a respected staff member.
They moderate, distribute strikes and bans, organizes things.
Will be co-owner when the current one steps down or becomes the new owner.

- Mods -
Users who help keep things in order.
They enforce the rules by reprimanding users as needed and distributing strikes as told.
They do not ban users and may only gives strikes or reminders to users who break rules.
Judge adopts that need guest judges, haven't been judged in more than a month, or when is asked to.

- Artists -
Makes adopts for the species, events, and so on.
Can take Nursery tickets at anytime, should they please, and may also make customs for other users.
They are hard workers and are generally active.

STAFF RULES
*Must make 1 adopt every month (UNLESS GIVEN EXCEPTIONS).
*Tell me of any absences that may or have come up.
*When making hybrids- no more than three different species.
*Your adopt limit is 30.
*Staff may make customs once a month so long that they have posted an adopt that month. Customs may be traded away or placed UFA. This now allowed their mythical tier custom, too.
*Artists may make a mythical or demi-god status custom once a year.
*Staff may not tryout for FCFS adopts.
*Owners and Co-owners may do as they please within reason as we have to right and ownership to the adopts.
*We have a discord group, pm me for a link!
*Cover adopts will not be allowed unfortunately. We want to avoid any cs mod confrontation as much as possible and this would dance around a grey area.
*Mods recieve a custom once a month. Can be made by them or another artist (just ask).
*place the species name and NUMBER of your adopt somewhere on canvas PLEASE.
*Do not make adopts that look like feral animals. Anthro and furries only.
*RUS must be done on custom and unique lines UDER the original adopt.
*If you have a problem with another staff member, a user, or something along those lines- do NOT act on your own. Come to me about it. If I find that you have acted negatively towards anyone, reason or not, you'll be removed from staff. You're the face of Furtopia, we need you to be the picture of what Furtopia stands for.

ADOPT RULES
Users can own up to 20 Adopts
A single user can only win five adopts a MONTH.
Semi-customs/Customs are reserved for events. Unless bought from the store.
Users are allowed to be kin with their furtopian or have it be their fursona.
Users made trade and gift their furtopians with CS USERS if a mod or admin is spoken to.
Only sold adopts may be resold for the original price they bought it for,
Users may not change their adopt's design without permission from the original artist.
Try not to make ugly and neon and unpleasant designs.
INFORM ME OF ABSESNES. I can be lienient if I KNOW ABOUT SOMETHING.
Aritst can be inactive for one rounded month WITHOUT TELL ME before they're removed for inactivity.
