Looks good, you actually got the anatomy correct which is one of the hardest parts, only I think the lines are a little bit frenzied, but you stated it was just a sketch so It looks great for your first Oekaki! c:
I look forward to seeing more of your oekaki drawings, you have a lot of potential as an artist c:

It'd very good for your first!! I assume you have some experience with digital art? If not, ;-; I feel as if the head could a tiny bit bigger, and yes, the legs should be thinner as you go past the body c: I would suggest using more than one layer next time, just because once you figure it out it makes it SO MUCH EASIER.

Wow this is good though try on the legs and make the body match the neck it's a bit fat and has a small neck.But what can I saw I'm new and no artist.
