Okay so let's have a little fun with colors!
To win this Kalon, you must provide a Color Palette and an idea for a tail Shine design!
You can either draw the shine, show me a picture of what you want, or explain it in writing. However you want to do it is fine!
This kalon will also have a standard hair edit that will be designed to fit the palette/shine, but will not be known until after it's complete.
