No, the adopt you based it off of was made by CS staff. Because its based off of a pet, I technically don't own the design. So its not an OC. But I can still use the character.

I didn't mean you owned it as an OC, but more like you have the rights to use this particular character for whatever reason (as long as you follow both the user's rules and the site's rules)
