It's pinkerton from flight rising! I was debating on who to make, and I originally wanted to do Naomi, the exalted glitch, but I didn't have any good enough pets or items to do her, so I settled on doing Pinkerton instead.
Maybe I'll do one of the dragon gods before the event is up

It's because pinkerton in FR is always trying to give away all the random items his sister collects!
