Thoughts on the honorable mention system (& anything you would do to improve it?)?: Looks pretty much good! The only thing I'd change is to make a rule that begging for tickets or bugging people for them isn't allowed, so that users outside the species don't get a negative first impression of it (and also because it's rude, of course.)

Thoughts about the traits & rarities?: They mostly look very well-balanced! Fur edits seems like a pretty broad category, though, and having it under only one rarity seems a little strange. At the moment, making the fur curly but the same length as before is the same as making fur that droops to the floor on the entire body (I believe?) in terms of rarity, which doesn't seem quite equal. Maybe make fur length changes on one part of the body (head [not hair], neck, torso, back mane, legs, tail) and fur texture edits common, while multiple fur length changes (2-3ish) would be uncommon and any more than that would be rare?

(Optional) What would you add to the traits & under which rarity section?:
Tongue edits - uncommon
Nose edits - rare
Whisker edits (curly, wavy, longer, more, less, etc.) - common
Claw edits - common

For ticket edits:
Change one color on the design to another - common
Change entire palette, excluding anything that'd heighten the rarity (colored schleras, etc.) - rare
