Ahhhhh he's awesome! Small pixel children are the best! Tentative name is Glitch.

EDIT: So now he has a backstory.
So he's a ghost, but he's a computer ghost. He was a kid who somehow died in a hospital. His soul got trapped inside the heart monitor, so he saw what happened afterwards. Confused, he found out he could travel through the cord in the wall to another device.
This one had wifi.
So now h hops from computers to phones and such through the Internet and other wireless connections. He caused the Blue Screen of Death virus, hence the "blue" and "death" parts. But wreaking Internet havoc can only last so long.
Eventually someone saw him. A college girl. And instead of setting a virus scan ofhim, she got to know him better. What happens after that I have no idea.

But yep. Techno ghost. And maybe a webcomic? XD I might actually make it a traditional comic, and create a CS thread where I scan in th images!

His name obviously was something before Glitch but he refuses to share what it was. The necklace he wears has two pieces of data that he got off his mom's phone: one a picture of him as a small child, the other the last picture of him his family ever took. He was 15.
