Is bumping allowed in the dressup galleries? Because I've seen a couple people 'bump' their dressups, but it seems a bit cheat-y to me. Thanks.

It's perfectly fine to bump your dressups to try and get them more attention c: It's not really cheating because this isn't a real competition.
