I was thinking about making my self a new fursona, so I am practicing my tablet & oekaki skills c:
Also, IRL someone said to me;
when you paint, it's like you're not afraid to stuff up, and that's what I like about your paintings, you can see that.
I told them that while it may not look like I was afraid to stuff up, on the inside I am.
But I tell my self; If I do stuff up, I won't give up, I will keep going.
In my art, I incorporate the mistakes I make, show them off, even if the effect isn't what I was originally planning.
Take this art for example:
The skull I traced with fineliner, I then coloured it with watercolour pencils and went over the picture with water.
Problem was, the fineliner was meant to be waterproof!
Obviousy not.
But did that deter me? No, I made the bleeding pen part of the artwork and it is beautiful!
So don't give up, even if you muck up!!
