But yeah, I wanna be Ms. Green from the AMAZING webcomic, Awful Hospital.
The comic revolves around her waking up in the absolute worst hospital filled with bacteria the size of rats, incompetent and monstrous doctors, and just plain weird fellow patients while she tries to find her terribly ill son.

That thing on her shoulder is Piss Urchin, a living [baby] kidney stone. The thing in her hand is Piss Sword, a jagged edge of a broken picture frame that's coated in...whatever kidney stones are made out of.

I probably won't have the time, the materials, or the money to pull this costume off, sadly. Turds.
