This mare is a strange color, she seems curious, and friendly. She'll make a good friend...if you can tame her...

The mare tosses her mane as she prances around the dusty corral, her ears pricked.

the girl steps forward and holds a nice apple out

I see this girl and trying to entice the mare with the apple and think to myself that the way to tame this mare might just be to find something else to entice this mare so I walk into the paddock and start to sing softly to the mare

The mare prances towards the girl with the apple, and hesitantly picks it up, before backing away again. Her ears prick, and she turns to watch as yet another mare enters the corral, and begins to make a strange, though not irritating sound. The mare eats the apple, before watching both girls curiously.

I hold out a lump of sugar to the mare and call to her softly
I see this mare has a intelligent face and needs to be treated with the utmost respect to gain her trust

Warily, the mare cautiously walks over to the other girl, and lips up the sugar cube. At the sudden sweetness, the mare sneezes, and backs away, shaking out her mane. It seems as though she dislikes the sweetness.

[Kiwilady]

Oh says the girl and holds out an apple maybe this will be just perfect for the mare

The mare eyes the apple, still shaking her head. Good-natured as she is, she finds it difficult to trust the girl again in case the fruit is also sweet.

[Kiwilady]

The girl nickers softly to the mare "come here little one" she says softly

I walk toward the mare confidently, holding a carrot.
