A new character design.
I haven't named him yet, but he is a shapeshifting dragon, currently in his snow leopard forme (yes, I'm spelling it this way on purpose).
Notes:
-Clean up design
-Blend some markings
-Colour armour design
-Think up a name
-Draw a ref
the timer is all-knowing, by the way. I got distracted with food.
