horse lineart

yeah, it's late... and all I have is a laptop touchpad. thus these horrible lines. Have fun! Oh, and I'd probably suggest hiding the shading... I'm not sure if it works too well.

Awesome horse! I got a shading tip for you: If you used black as shading, and made it opacity: 30% or so, and put the color layer under the shading layer, then you can color with watever color you like, and it will be darker where you shaded.

hahah.... thanks.

But.

1. No, not an amazing horse. Horrible horse. I hate drawing on the computer. Ya know... 14-odd years of perfecting normal drawing.... and and then putting me on a laptop and telling me to draw... just makes me mad.

2. Thanks, I'll do that. Once again... no computer art experience = me not knowing what's going on with layers.

Okay, I see what you mean, your anatomy is great, but your lines are... Unsmooth XD It is probably just because it is MUCH harder to get the lines smooth when you draw with a pad or mouse, so people need a lot of practice to get it right. You would do great with a tablet :D

or, mouse or laptop pad, u use the smooth tool thing.
If you take the pen, for an ex., at the end of the 'Tool' box it says "Smoothing", or something.
Turn it to 56%-68%, and then you have straighter, nicer lines.
I also colored, if you didn't know 8-)
If you want to see hte result, look in my gallary.

woooahhhh duuudde.... I dunno what happened, I'm so sorry about the delay of response. I didn't see this (I guess I thought it was someone else's lineart I had commented on when I saw it in "my posts".....

thanks everyone, for the tips. This is a billion years old, yes. I'll try to fix the shading, perhaps.....xD

I'm just not much of a computer artist. See? http://waytogozippo.deviantart.com/#/d349yvp
