This koi is an orenji ogon, but it's luminescent reddiish scales are covered in soot. The forest around its pond was burned down, and every day the koi tries to help its home revive. It's lantern and the light emanating from it have turned black from soot that drifted inside. The kanji on its mask means "Ash." this koi needs a kind soul to come and help it bring life back to its home.

It was the work of another Koi from another pond.Its pond was destroyed in a volcanic erupion,so it went on a rampage.The Koi became Sha corupted by its rage and turned into a evil dragon,burning down Axel's forest.

Sadly, it was a natural event. Akaruihai's forest was dry, as it had not rained in it in months, and one night a terrible storm came. First the loud booms of thunder, then the cries of those who once inhabited his forest. He could only watch in horror as a fire, cause purely by a rogue streak of lightening, ravaged through his forest, consuming and destroying all in its path.
