These are the background ponies I drew in my Minecraft/My Little Pony crossover comic XP Since I don't like to just make up random pony designs to fill in the background I used these guys XD

But, I fell in love with them for some reason, so I decided to make them official characters of mine, but they'll really just be one earth pony who can shift into a pegasus or unicorn 8D

So it's just a black pony form with white glowing eyes.... >.< Oh well, I like creepiness.

If you mean the Observer creepypasta, then I guess yes and no at the same time XD Cause when I was doing the bg ponies in my comic, I didn't base them off anything. However, later, I realized they looked like the Observer I made them characters (:
