Hello, everyone.
Thank you for taking the time to look at this topic. C:
I have a species that I call the 'Winged Ocean Dragon", or WOD.
A very rough photo can be found here.
I am looking for someone could draw these with the option of either feathered or webbed wings.

The Winged Ocean Dragon:

The Winged Ocean Dragon, or WOD is named for it's ability of underwater flight, as the beast cannot truly fly. It has a powerful and muscular build and many characteristics that vary between each creature. Each WOD has a different design, each one based on an animal, though their design will never have the same colors as the original animal's.

The WOD can often have different ends to their tail, or different types of horns. They often have different spikes or 'dorsal fins' on their backs, or a frill on their backs. Some WODs have webbed { bat/dragon } wings and some have feathered { bird } wings. This makes each one very unique. They have a hard shell-like head that partially resembles that of an Orca.

• Please add shading and lock alpha and do clean lines.
• No whining if you do not win.
• You can decide if they have a back leg or not. x3

Requirements:
• Must have both feathered and webbed wings, in different layers.
• Must have proper layering.
• Must have shading and lock alpha.

• The more add-ons { different horns/different tails/different spikes on back etc. } that you add, the more appealing the line art is. (;
• Nice clean lines.
• Backgrounds.
• Making them cute is a booster. :3

There will only be one winner. They get the pets below, an artist position for the species and I will use their line art.

There is no limit to spikes and it is possible that they may have dorsal fins. ^^
The fact that most WOD have not only unique markings, but unique physical differences which makes them unique. C:

It needs to be a proper background, not just plain blue. Since you're doing a sea character, it'd probably be easy to use a few different shades of blue and some bubbles or coral/seaweed to make it look underwater-y.
