A few people were asking how I did it, so, I made an editable. :3 It's not exactly a tutorial, but I hope you'll find it helpful.

Okay. To get to it, go here:



Click the 'box blur'. Change it to look like this:



Then press okay.

Messing around with the noise function and layer blend modes. :3

That's such a cool effect, it looks just like a scanned in traditional pencil drawing. O.o
