I thought the editable was interesting, I was bored and home alone. This is what came of it.
He's normally a full human, and if ever used in any story he is in some sort of military. This is just a randomly made up uniform jacket. Again, I was bored. There isn't any specific story with it.
It is only somewhat related to the human roleplay character I have been using.

Wow, this is fantastic! Definitely my favourite out of all the cat-taurs people have made. I love the detailing on his jacket!

I enjoyed the line art, thought it was an interesting idea.
I'm glad you like him. I wasn't sure I would but it ends up I that I really like the result myself. Now just to find somewhere to use him.

Got bored again and tried to draw him myself. The jacket looks better in color though.
