I couldn't really get the right 'jumping' pose for him, so I made him sort of jumping... and I couldn't get his vest right... I hope this isn't a problem 3:

Took a pretty long time but I like the outcome, especially his eyes ouo

the lineart was done with a tablet and the colouring/shading was all done with a mouse
