1. Please follow all of the rules that Tess has made.
2. Please use [], {}, (), <> etc. when you are ooc (Out Of Character).
3. Please no swearing, fighting or arguing when ooc. Do it where we can't see you.
4. Please fill out the form completely unless the particular field is marked with *optional*, in which case you can get rid of it.
5. Please make sure your character is not perfect, it makes the game very boring.
6. Please no God-Modding, I will choose mini-mods, if any, and of course there will be me.
7. I do not believe in code-words so if you are reading this set of rules just in case then don't bother, but be warned, I will know if you have or have not read them.
8. If there is any confusion with the form, don't hesitate to ask. The places you need to answer in will have "STATE ANSWER HERE" written in them to make it easier.
9. Romance is encouraged, Drama is recommended, but don't go over the top.
10. Have fun!
11. All characters must be between 12 and 17 inclusive.
12. Please only put open spots for your district number.
13. Please try not to use anime and manga pictures, they annoy me somewhat, as some have proportional differences. You can use famous people though, I'm not fussed. But try not to use the same famous person.
14. Please do not kill off people's characters without the owners permission.

The list of items this year are as following:

4x 3x Black Backpack = 3 bottles, 1 full, 2 empty, 2 compression bandages, a 150mL bottle of Iodine, 2 small bandages, 3 bits of Beef Jerky, 10 crackers, a 25m rope, a serrated knife, a long thin knife, a pair of socks.
5x 2x Orange Backpacks = 1 bottle, empty, a 100mL bottle of Iodine, 10 Iodine tablets a 26m rope, a serrated knife, a long thin knife, a pair of socks, an apple, 5 crackers, 1 bit of beef jerky, a brown sleeping bag that reflects the heat.
Assorted Throwing Knives, Swords, Maces, Spears, Axes and Nets.
Scattered Packets of Iodine Tablets and 50mL bottles of Iodine.
Scattered loaves of bread, apples, bits of Beef Jerky, Crackers, bottles, all of which are empty, and a few bandages - compression, triangular, gauze and tube bandages.

The Cornucopia is giant, golden horn shaped like a cone with a curved tail. In each year's Hunger Games, the tributes launch into the arena and start off in a circular formation, equidistant to the Cornucopia. Its mouth is at least 20 feet high and is filled with items that could help the tributes survive in the Games such as weapons, clothing, fire starters, supplies, containers, water, food, blankets, and medicine.
