EDIT: Moved the cherry blossom from the shoulder to behind the ear, added wings... The wings look terrible... but at least they're good enough that you can tell what they are supposed to be. xD

Well, I decided to enter a second time. This design is not very complicated, but I like how it turned out. The put the mist at the feet because one the symbolism's for the cherry blossoms is the clouds, so I added the mist. The japanese characters on the shouler mean "Mortality" as that is another symbolic meaing of the cherry blossoms, because they are alive for a short time before they die.
