The rainbow mane and gwj are both 1 non so 2 nons total on their side without item values. Just eyeballing it I think personally if you're a big animal egg collector a trade like this will save you a lot of time and effort and might even be considered overpay. The pets on their side are a little lower demand but imo I'd say this is fair and probably pretty enticing to a collector. If you don't collect eggs tho then you'd be better off keeping the kirin.

that deerskin outfit on their side is actually worth 0.5 nons alone so this is def overpay if you count all the eggs
