I'm not sure if it works on a phone but there's a "upload attachment" underneath the full post editor textbox. You can get your image and then insert it as a BBcode link? I think that's how it worked I'm not too sure it's been a while.

Also, do you do Pokefarm sigs? The ones on next to the profile/egg click pages, not the forum sigs (sorry if that was confusing ;-;). I'd be willing to pay in CS pets or items if so :0
