Stretchy Baby Movie

Okay, I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong forum or this is considered spam,
but it's driving me crazy and I need to know.

So I saw a movie once, I swear to you I'm not 100% sure if it was a dream or not.
But the plot (from what I can remember) went as such.

There was a guy that was babysitting a baby, but the baby actually had stretchy
powers but whenever the guy went to tell someone about it the baby acted normal
and they thought he was crazy, and then this other stretchy guy came and stole the
stretchy baby and said he's gonna raise the stretchy baby as his own because they're
both stretchy, but I think the baby actually defeats him after the other guy comes
to the baby's rescue.

I swear this is a real movie but I can't find it anywhere on the internet, and obviously
I do not know what it is called ;-;

If anyone knows, please let me know, It's killing me agghhh

Hmm the first film that comes to my mind is ‘Son of the Mask’
The baby has a bunch of crazy powers and the trickster god Loki (I think) tries to take his mask back x]
