bbs is when a pet is born old and stays old forever there are only a few

- Just to expand a bit, the first BBS pet was released in April 2015 for April fools, and there were four released for CS' birthday in the same year. It stands for Benjamin Button Sydrome (i.e. the movie), in which the litter started old and aged backwards.
