I was thinking about decorating my house with more fake plants, so I bought a smol tree and it's just really pretty.

You made me think of the time I bought a fake tree because it was almost identical to the pet tree from last Christmas. Seriously, its the same exact thing, but mine doesn't have a face.

Sheesh, this thread is really speeding up! Congrats on everyone's trees. If I ever move into a house or buy a garden plot in a park somewhere, I'd probably fill the place with saplings and wildflowers. Have any of you ever rented a little garden plot owned by the city? Our town has some little rentable garden plots in parks all over the place.

That's really cool! I've never heard of rentable plots but it sounds like a lovely way to get into gardening if you don't have the space at home.

I wanted to share a picture of a flower I found in my garden:



It's part flower part leaf and I personally find it really pretty even tho it's not supposed to look like this.

Speaking of fake plants I've always wanted to get some. I really must buy some fake bluebells but
it's a shame they don't really match my decorating.

Favourite plant: which leads nicely onto my fav being lilies. I'm growing some orange ones (i think they're Lilium bulbiferum) but some fat slugs have gone and eaten like 3 of them SMH.
So yeah, i have like 20+ goin on inside (airplants, cacti, succulents, some other ones idk) and trying my hand at 2 terrariums, with some success! :^)

Welcome Lily! I love lillies too, they're so pretty but I don't think I could keep any because my cat likes to rub her face on everything haha. I hate snails and slugs!! They ruin the best plants tbh.

20 plants is a pretty large amount haha, I would say i have a similar number, but I'm not sure. Also I'd love to keep air plants, they're gorgeous! If you want to share any pictures of any of your plants, feel free to.

I bought a new plant yesterday, I'm not entirely sure what it is (all I know is that it's a succulent) but here's a picture:

Oh nu! My tomato plant has like seven tomatoes but they're all growing at the top of the plant and the plant is about a foot higher than the supporting stands thingy by now, the tomatoes weighed it over and one branch/stem is bent and the other can't stand upright and its leaning toward the ground.
I blame gravity partially
