General Useful Information

Hunting & Prey
Moose & Elk -
Requires at least 30 power to take down.
Will produce 1 meal for 8 adult wolves.

Deer -
Requires at least 15 power to take down.
Will produce 1 meal for 4 adult wolves.

Rabbit -
Requires at least 1 power to take down.
Will produce 1 meal for 1 adult wolf.

The Pecking Order
1st to eat - Alpha wolves
2nd to eat - Alpha's pups
3rd to eat - Pack members (starting with most dominant)
4th to eat - Omega(s) (least dominant of the pack)

3 pups consume the same as 1 adult wolf.
If the food runs out before lesser members can eat, than they go without.
If a wolf goes without food for 7 days, it will die.

Struggle for Dominance
If a wolf is challenged:
1) The highest dominance will win. Will also become new leader if it was the former leader who was challenged.
2) If dominance is tied, then the one with the highest power will win. The loser, unfortunately, is killed.

Sickness & Disease
If a wolf becomes sick, every stat will be cut in half. Sick wolves typically do not survive without the packs help, but a pack may not want to keep a sick wolf. A sick wolf will die in a fight or if it goes without food for more than 3 days.

A wolf will become cured if:
1) By random occurrence, they are picked up by a scientist & treated before being released.
2) They are kept within a pack and left alone, as well as eating enough, for 5 days.

If a wolf catches rabies from a random occurrence, they will most certainly die within 3 days. However, during this time, they may also infect other wolves.

- Alpha with Leadership 5-10 can detect rabies. Will kick rabid wolf from pack and will not infect another member.
- Alpha with Leadership 1-4 will not detect rabies. Rabid wolf stays in pack until death. chances are they will infect another member.

Rabies prevention:
The only way a wolf may be immune to rabies is if, by random occurrence, they are picked up by a scientist and given a rabies shot. Each rabies shot lasts for 1 season.
